Orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 2:00 pm local time  Not including weekends or/and holidays.
 (SHIPPING MAY BE DELAYED BY USPS DUE TO COVID-19. However, you may contact USPS at 1800-275-8777 for more information.


All U.S Orders Over $75 receive FREE SHIPPING. However, some restrictions may apply.


(EX: FREE SHIPPING may exclude any sales or promotions at the time)  

Please Note: Our "STANDARD FIRST CLASS SHIPPING METHOD" provides the customer with TRACKING INFORMATION but DOES NOT include insurance.
"PRIORITY SHIPPING" INCLUDES TRACKING INFO + USPS insurance it!
 
YD Boutique is not responsible for packages that are sent to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If USPS can not pick up your address, there will be a delay in your order being processed.
 
If you realize that your shipping address was entered incorrectly, please email sales@ydboutique.com immediately to resolve the issue and update the order with the correct shipping address. 
 
If your order is shipped and the tracking information states that your package was delivered (or in USPS possession) and you have not received it, you must contact United States Postal Service (1-800-275-8777) directly to track down your package. YD Boutique does not hold responsibility for packages that are marked delivered or in USPS POSSESSION!!

******YD Boutique is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Packages may be left at your front door or mailbox by courier. We have NO control over what happens to your package once it is received and processed by USPS. We DO NOT replace or refund orders that are marked "DELIVERED" by USPS or any other courier.******

Packages may be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is home to receive them. We have no control over what happens to your package once the postal courier delivers it. We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned "delivered" by USPS. ****

 Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and other fees levied once your package reaches the destination country. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the items. The duty fee will not be refunded on any return. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
USPS’S local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery.


International orders are shipped via USPS and will be delivered by local post or its affiliates. When your order ships from our warehouse, we send you a confirmation email, not including your tracking number. Please contact YD Boutique at sales@ydboutique.com to add additional insurance/ tracking numbers. Additional fees may apply.    

Refuse Package
If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:

  • Original and return shipping costs.
  • Duties, taxes, and other customs charges incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.
The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
